    The fungi I found were of the genus Coprinellus, Mycena, or Marasmius. These fungi usually live in environments rich in organic matter and thrive in moist soil conditions. Some species in this group of fungi can be bioluminous or glow in the dark, while others play an important role in breaking down and helping to recycle nutrients in the soil.
