The "Avenida Táchira"; is the first way Built in the Bolívar State, Venezuela. Nowadays is considered the most luxurious part of the city, Full of mansions, beautiful houses, hotels and the top restaurants in the City. It is part of the historic center of the city, but its care is in the hands of private organizations such as the State Chamber of Commerce, the "Lions Club", the "Rotary Club" among others.
The price of a property there is the highest in the entire City, especially since very luxurious tow houses and developments were built. However, most of the houses date from the early 1900s, late 1800s, the vast majority rebuilt and transformed into businesses and artistic sites or inherited from wealthy families of times past.
