Wearing Batik of Indonesia in pride

    Hello #Hive Lovers..

Batik: Simplicity in luxurious motifs and colors

One of Indonesia's proud cultures is having Batik, almost all events, both formal and informal, use batik. In its early history, batik was introduced as clothing that could cover the body in the etiquette of modesty in Indonesia. The patterns and characteristics of batik are a cultural technique for hand-dying cotton and silk fabrics originating from Indonesia.

Since October 2, 2009, Batik has been designated as one of Indonesia's cultural heritages by UNESCO in the category of Humanitarian Heritage for Oral and Intangible Culture. In fact, that date was designated as National Batik Day.

This time is no exception for me, I am at an event that requires the use of Batik. What made this even more exciting was when my eyes saw the variety and pattern of batik from various regions, where they came and gathered in the National Capital. It's beautiful to see it all. One main thing, even though they have batik with their own characteristics, there is no difference in their level of social life. Everything melts into simplicity. Batik eliminates a person's differences and social strata. Cool.

Batik and my meetings with great people.

Currently, the event I attend is attended by many great people. Among them are people who used to give many things to me. There are my seniors, friends and even those I consider teachers. I remembered how they had taught me things I didn't know, or those who had shared experiences with me.

Currently, they have occupied high positions, they have achieved a lot of achievements. There are also those that I have now surpassed. However, and once again, batik eliminates arrogance and instead shares simplicity so that we must still respect each other.

Well, the activities are finished, and we return to our daily tasks and obligations. We are back to our own areas. Hopefully this happiness and togetherness will continue to be woven beautifully, as beautiful as Indonesian batik.
