Hola amigos de la comunidad #SWC . Ayer me sentía súper pesado para hacer dinámicos así que me fui directamente al parque frente al lago a realizar una rutina para mejorar straddler.
Empece haciendo algunos pinos para calentar el hombro, aguantes de tuck avanzado, luego 10X4 flexiones en tuck, press en tuck y para terminar aguantes de straddler al fallo.
Después de terminar la rutina, me fui a las gradas de la vereda del lago a descansar un rato, y mi amigo enmanuel y yo al rato se nos ocurrió hacer una parada de manos y tomarnos una foto y luego terminamos llendo a ver el lago un poco más de cerca y aproveche y me tomé una foto en parada de mano.

Hello friends of the #SWC community. Yesterday I was feeling super heavy to do dynamics so I went straight to the park in front of the lake to perform a routine to improve straddler.
I started by doing some pins to warm up the shoulder, advanced tuck holds, then 10X4 tuck pushups, tuck press and to finish straddler holds to failure.
After finishing the routine, I went to the bleachers on the sidewalk of the lake to rest for a while, and my friend enmanuel and I soon came up with the idea of doing a handstand and take a picture and then we ended up going to see the lake a little closer and I took advantage and took a picture of me in straddler.
