Earth Day
Last Monday, April 22nd, Earth Day, also known as International Mother Earth Day, was celebrated in many countries around the world.
The purpose of this date is to make people aware of the problems of overpopulation, pollution, biodiversity conservation, global warming and other environmental concerns to protect the Earth, and the creation of plans to address these challenges.
In the vicinity of my home, there is a beautiful urban park that I go to with some frequency, seeking distraction, tranquility and a more intimate contact with nature, but I also take advantage of these visits to take pictures from the most diverse angles, and then I usually share them on my social networks.
As I have described in previous posts, I process the original photographs using the editing tools offered in their free versions by the applications Picsart and Snapseed.
El pasado Lunes 22 de Abril, se celebró en muchos países del mundo, el Día de la Tierra, también conocido como Día Internacional de la Madre Tierra.
El propósito de esta fecha es concientizar a las personas acerca de los problemas de sobrepoblación, contaminación, conservación de la biodiversidad, el calentamiento global y otras preocupaciones ambientales para proteger a la Tierra, y la creación de planes para enfrentar estos desafíos.
En las cercanías de mi hogar, se encuentra un hermoso parque urbano al que suelo acudir con alguna frecuencia, buscando distracción, tranquilidad y un contacto más íntimo con la naturaleza, pero también aprovecho estas visitas para tomar fotos desde los más diversos ángulos, y que luego acostumbro a compartir en mis redes sociales.
Como he descrito en posts anteriores, las fotografías originales las proceso haciendo uso de las herramientas de edición que ofrecen en sus versiones gratuitas las aplicaciones Picsart y Snapseed.
