I just want to share my experience with the journey that supposed to be for work that turn out to be for fun
The last time i posted on this community, i flawed many of the @worldmappin rules and am really not proud to go against those rules and hopping not to err this time.
As you may want to know i am a(painter and) lover of nature, so traveled to work in a town close to a river and decided to take a tour, and that is: The Imo River, located in southeastern Nigeria and flows 240 kilometres (150 mi) into the Atlantic Ocean. the river is known as Imoh River, that is, Inyang Imoh, which translates to River of Wealth, Its estuary is around 40 kilometres (25 mi) wide, a part of it were people swimming and other parts were those i saw cultivated, i equally met some people fishing and took some pictures with them this is one of the pictures
The part that sweet me the most was a market at the other side of the river, i gat to cross over the other side to buy some stuffs
A lot of communities are laying up until the river bank with so many activities that even though i took all the pictures i won't be able to upload them here, that's the market over there
This is a cool place to be with the tranquility it provides it reminds me of the fact " if you remain calm, you will feel peace like a RIVER".
Whenever you visit imo river i assure you there are much to enjoy! I may not have the capacity to tell all that happened but i really enjoyed my visit there from the miners to the farmers, the market, the swimmers, and to the fishers . Thank you for going through my experience and if would try and visit imo river!
