Audience of one

I remember hearing that Jesus as the son of our Lord and Creator God was never manipulated by the crowds or by anyone else's approval or disapproval, for it is stated that Jesus lived for the Hearing of one.

For I seek not to do my own will, but to do the will of him that sent me" John 5:30 to dedicate oneself to the spiritual fulfillment of the commandment of God is to live in fullness of joy in this earthly world, so did Jesus.

Sometimes we only aspire to material comfort without realizing that the greatest comfort we can experience is the spiritual one, the one that fills us with joy and happiness.
