It is debated whether the amount of water to drink each day is 2 liters or three or less or more, but little is said about how we drink those amounts of water and I believe that it is equally or perhaps more important, not only the total amount, but how we distribute it throughout each day.
I remind you that a good way to measure your degree of hydration or dehydration is to observe the color of your urine, you will see that if you drink enough water your urine should be a light yellow color and when, on the contrary, you observe darker tones, that indicates that you need to drink a little more water.
And something that can also help you in this is to increase your intake of vegetables and fruits since they contain a large percentage of water. It is also good to drink a glass of water with each meal and drink water before, during and after your workouts.
