This week has been a very busy week for me, because on Monday I started with a microsurgery that they did to my son to remove a mole, yesterday they operated on my shoulder because I had a lipoma and it was time to remove it, thank God everything went well and as I told my friend life goes on we are moving, they only sent me to have rest but none of that prevented me from going today Wednesday to attend the review of my new apartment, every day is getting closer the time of delivery of the key and I'm very excited.

Esta semana ha sido para mi una semana muy movida, pues el lunes comencé con una microcirugía que le hicieron a mi hijo para quitarle un lunar, ayer me operaron del hombro pues tenía un lipoma y ya era hora de quitarlo, gracias a Dios todo salió bien y como le dije a mi amiga la vida sigue estamos en movimiento, solo me mandaron a tener reposo pero nada de eso me impidió ir hoy día miercoles asistír a la revisión de mi nuevo departamento, cada día se acerca más la hora de entrega de la llave y estoy muy emocionada.
The place where I am going to live is called Rio das Ostras, this is a municipality of the state of Rio de Janeiro, this is a small city of the region of the lakes that is in development, the condominium that was acquired is called Parque monte alto, we arrived at about 9: 30 in the morning, we were attended by an engineer who sent us to put protective helmets to be able to go to our block, we went up the elevator, we will live on the 4th floor, and well we started with the review of the apartment, once we were there, I could check if everything was ok, the windows, kitchen ceramics, floor, walls, etc.. The engineer explained us everything in detail and with much kindness, we tested all the plugs, and the part where we will have electricity, we also opened the water faucets, and we made sure that everything was functional, when we gave the go-ahead, we went from there to walk through the condominium to the recreation area.
El lugar donde voy a vivir se llama Rio das Ostras, este es un municipio del estado de Río de Janeiro, esta es una pequeña ciudad de la región de los lagos que está en desarrollo, el condominio que se adquirió se llama Parque monte alto, llegamos a eso de las 9: 30 de la mañana, fuimos atendidos por un ingeniero que nos mandó a poner cascos de protección para poder ir a nuestro bloque, subimos por el ascensor, vamos a vivir en el 4 º piso, y bueno empezamos con la revisión del apartamento, una vez que estuvimos allí, pude comprobar si todo estaba bien, las ventanas, cerámica de la cocina, el suelo, las paredes, etc. , el ingeniero nos explico todo a detalle y con mucha amabilidad, se probaron todos los enchufes, y la parte donde tendremos electricidad, también abrimos las llaves de agua, y nos aseguramos que todo estuviera funcional, cuando dimos el visto bueno, salimos de ahí a caminar por el condominio hasta la zona de recreación.
I noticed that the green paths are well maintained, there is a small artificial lake that they created that is very nice, the swimming pool is quite large, the churrasco area is the meeting point for all the residents, there are parks, exercise areas, bike path and even a track for the youngsters to play soccer. Truly, everything is very well planned.
Me di cuenta de que los caminos verdes están bien mantenidos, hay un pequeño lago artificial que crearon que es muy bonito, la piscina es bastante grande, la zona de churrasco es el punto de encuentro de todos los residentes, hay parques, zonas para hacer ejercicio, carril bici e incluso una pista para que los jóvenes jueguen al fútbol. Verdaderamente, todo está muy bien planeado.
When I made the decision to buy here, what caught my attention apart from the location was that I was informed that next to this condominium they were building a large shopping center, Shopping Plaza Rio das Ostras, and there are other very large businesses nearby, today the engineer informed me that they are even building a terminal. At that time I thought this was going to increase in value and it is true, they were telling me the current prices and it is crazy, anyway, what I want is to live there.
Cuando tomé la decisión de comprar aquí, lo que me llamó la atención a parte del lugar fue que me informaron que al lado de este condominio estaban construyendo un gran centro comercial, Shopping Plaza Rio das Ostras, y hay otros negocios muy grandes cerca, hoy el ingeniero me informó que incluso están construyendo una terminal. En ese momento pensé que esto iba a aumentar de valor y es cierto, me estaban diciendo los precios actuales y es una locura, en fin, lo que quiero es vivir allí.
We finished the review and signed that everything was ok, and we were informed that the keys will be delivered at the end of May, I am very happy, it is good to know that something you have worked so hard on is soon to bear fruit. Terminamos la revisión y firmamos diciendo que todo estaba bien, y nos informaron que las llaves se entregarán a finales de mayo, estoy muy contenta, es bueno saber que algo en lo que has trabajado tanto está pronto de dar ese fruto.
