I hope you're all doing well. I'm also doing great, so let's get started on making a crispy snack recipe that you can enjoy with your morning or evening tea, or whenever hunger strikes.
To make this, you'll need the following ingredients:
1.50 grams of corn flakes
2.250 grams of peanuts
- 250 grams of roasted poha (flattened rice)
Spices
- 1 teaspoon coriander seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
- Salt
- Turmeric powder
- Red chili powder
Method:
- Heat some oil in a pan and roast the peanuts until they turn golden brown.
- Remove them from the pan and set aside. In the same oil, fry the corn flakes until crispy, then set them aside with the peanuts.
- Then, transfer the roasted poha to a large bowl.
- Next, add the roasted peanuts, corn flakes, chana dal, along with turmeric powder, chili powder, and salt. Mix everything well.
- Your crispy snack is ready to be enjoyed anytime, anywhere. You can take it with you while traveling or enjoy it while watching a movie.
