Shoulders for boulders.
A hot sweaty session composed of pushing free weights and cable ties.
My progress is slow but the results are gains too the confidence in what I'm doing is getting real.
Always on my mind the mantra embrace the grind echos constantly as I heave the weights upwards into the sky.
Arnold presses are excruciating but satisfying.
I feel there is real work being done even though the weights lifted do not increase fast.
I sometimes and often wonder if it is good or bad that I'm not lifting heavier.
Then the thought of injury prevention cuts out these doubts from my head as I progress in my workout.
Only time will tell.
