I had an amazing week packed with many events, like going to the Fujii Kaze concert and hanging out with Hiveph friends in Manila. Now, it was time to head back home. I slept so deeply that I actually woke up an hour and a half before my hotel check-out. I had to sit for a bit to take it all in. Of course, I snapped a quick picture for memories. You gotta have something for the blog, right? Hahaha!

After getting all my stuff ready pretty quickly, I headed down to the lobby to check out and waited for the staff to wrap up my room inspection. I must have still been a bit groggy because I totally forgot my microfiber hair towel. That wasn’t the only thing I left behind 😭 I also forgot my drawing tablet in the lobby! I realized it when I was already about 15 minutes away from the hotel, so I quickly asked the Grab driver to turn back. I promised him a nice tip for the trouble, and he was super cool about it. Luckily, I managed to arrive at the airport a couple of hours before my flight.
Even with some traffic on the road, I’m glad I didn’t end up late for boarding 😅
I usually don’t order food on planes since it’s super pricey, but this time I made an exception. I skipped both breakfast and lunch coz I slept like a potato, which led to an empty stomach, and when I'm on an empty stomach, I'd end up having headaches and shaky hands. So I figured I should eat something to avoid that 😣
I landed safely in Davao and grabbed a taxi to check in at Avida Towers. I booked a two-night stay to enjoy the city before returning to my hometown. I'm really loving the interior design of this room 😣 I wish my room at home looked this cozy. It’s simple and beautiful!
Before settling in, I headed to the window to see the beauty outside on the 19th floor and upon seeing the view, it was breathtaking. I never knew Davao City could be this beautiful at night.
I turned on the TV and logged into my Netflix account to enjoy Fujii Kaze's music again while resting before going out for dinner.

Avida Tower was near the famous night market in Davao City. I thought of taking a stroll and buy some snacks to bring back to the hotel after dinner.
I had so much fun strolling in this area and trying out foods that I thought of " It's so nice to be single " HAHAHAH man, being single for 2 years has been addicting 😆
I was super hungry for the whole day that it made me crave for Japanese food. Since sukidesu japanese street dining food was nearby, I thought it’d be the perfect place for my dinner. I ordered myself some ramen, California maki, and Mt. Apo maki rolls. worth 3 meals a day hahaha making up for the missed meals this day.
The prices were really cheap, and honestly, the taste was just as good as the stuff you’d find at those fancy Japanese restaurants in the malls.
I went back at my place to wrap up my day to get some good sleep, but before hitting the hay, I watched my favorite scene from Arcane again. to be honest, I've probably contributed a lot of views to this episode because I can't stop rewatching it, hahaha! Vi and Caitlyn give me all the butterflies. I also couldn't help but think, "Man, I'm so single!" 😆 But that’s okay I'm single by choice anyway hahaha!
My week has been very eventful. It consumed a lot of my energy, but in a good way, as I got to spend time with friends and more me time. I had so much fun, and it was a week full of happiness and wonderful memories.
