Greetings, Fabulous Felines and Hoomans of Hivelandia and surrounding communities!

Seems like "being late with the Caturday post" is becoming a bit of a habit around here... or, at least, this is the second consecutive time.

Late, or otherwise, I suppose what really matters is that we get it done, rather than when we get it done!

In the meantime, the Dad-Hooman remains very busy preparing this "taxes" thing he always seems to be preoccupied with around this time of the year. I hope he gets it all done soon, so he can start being less grumpy!

Of course, we're all a bit apprehensive about the state of the world and the financial markets. Seems like everything is suddenly heading in a very... unfortunate... direction, all of a sudden.

Our own Hive token had dropped to under 19 cents, last I looked and things seem rather bleak. I hope this doesn't mean we're all going to end up going on a forced diet!

Time is going by very quickly, isn't it?

In less than a month, it is going to be Shangri and Nala's 1st birthday! Seems like such a short time ago they came home with us for the first time... and now they are almost a year old!

We are so glad they have become part of our world!

Meanwhile, we were surprised that it was Shangri who was first to figure out the big "Cat exercise wheel" we mentioned in our previous post. He's normally the nervous one, but in this instance he took the lead.

It wasn't exactly running on the wheel quite yet, but he did trot a few loops while trying to chase down a toy.

We consider that "a win" given that we expected it to be 30 days before anyone got comfortable with this new contraption!

We have bee trying to catch him on video, but he seems to get shy about it whenever he is being watch, or the cameras are out. Funny how cats just seem to "know" about such things!

Hopefully we'll be able to capture that in the coming days, so we can share it here!

Time will tell.
