Hello, @Hivefamily. I'd like to show you our chickens, which we may utilize as a daily dish. There were only two chickens previously. A hen and her partner. There are now many because their mother hen had given birth.
Raising hens for food can help you save money and reduce stress. My partner enjoys taking care of these because his pastime after work is feeding the chicken, ducks, and other livestock we have.
You know, @hivefamily, sometimes our money only goes to feed our pets because they have so many of them. My partner's subsistence allowance just covers the cost of feeding our dogs, chicken ducks etc . As a result, he runs out of funds for his own food.😅 But that's okay since they can provide us with alternative forms of pleasure.
To save money on their food, sometimes we give them leftovers. Like rice..We occasionally give them corn and rice after we harvest.
This is also my youngest daughter favorite game. Chasing the chickens 😂 and giving them food.☺️ So when we want to make a chicken dish, its not easy to "you know" Because she doesn't want to.
We do not mix our hens on our farm since they fight with our ducks. When it comes time to feed, they loose their food. So they just wander around our yard.So they just went around our yard.
