One thing i love about playing splinterlands and being in the game is the people i meet in the community, the discord channel however is fillied with gamers who come together to share their success insite and experience of the game.

2nd Place: Runi + 4 Plots + 500,000 DEC
3rd Place: 4 Plots + 45,000 DEC
4th-10th Place: 1 Plot + 20,000 DEC
11th to 47th Place: 7,000 DEC + 2 Rebellion Packs
48th to 61st Place: 4,000 DEC + 1 Rebellion Pack
62nd to 138th Place: 1 Rebellion Pack
These prizes definitely is something worth dieing for. Anyone can participate from the lowest of cards to the highest and if you're in the top 138 then you got yourself a prize.
I joined splinterlands some couple of months back when i joined hive, and my onborder @fredaig told me about the game just as she told me about hive, and ever since i've been playing it.
Am not really into the rewards or sps or chest opening am more or less into playing it for my excitment, aside from my entertainment i do not wish or plan to make splinterlands passive, even though that is what others aim at, my aim is to gather as much cards as posible and render service by renting them to those who cant afford them at that point in time for a cheaper fee.
I also plan to gather my in game asset over time and over the years. One thing i love about splinterlands is rhe tournaments, the events and of cause the rewards, i think each passing day the team keeps making the game hilarious and more interesting to want to engage in.
I would probably always tell anyone who care to ask all about splinterlands, yes indeed it might get complicated and hard to play especially when you just stating out, it was for me but when you get the ropes tangled in, you would probably be playing it for the rest of your life. So hang in there.
