Is it cheating if I show a picture from Sunday as my cover photo for Tuesday's actifit report? Of course not, this is my feed, I make the rules. Plus, I heard yall enjoy looking at subway tipe mosaics.
Nothing like a school day to help me get my steps up, although I guess I'm still dragging a bit at work since I'm not crushing 10K everyday like I used to back in October. I also didn't look at my step counter before bed, because surely I would have done a few high knees at home to break through the 10K mark.
Maybe it's because I'm taking turns going down to recess, saving me 16 flights of stairs each day. Maybe I'm not moving around my classroom as much as I did during the first few months. Whatever it is, I gotta get my activity back up, and not just walking around.
I need to push. I need to pull. Dancing for 4 hours a night all weekend might give me a bit of cardio, but I'm still lacking for more mass and strength. Time to find an accessible gym to get back to the grind because these home kettle bells just isn't my jam. Until next time...
