Hace pocos días vivimos una gran experiencia, un evento que a la mirada de todos los presentes tuvo una calidad excepcional, un trabajo en equipo que terminó en un espacio para conocer del ecosistema de Hive y que superó nuestras propias expectativas.
Todo comienza con la alianza ya antes mencionada con el coworking @cetam además de la alianza con una de las más prestigiosas universidades de la región en el sector tecnológico llamada (UCLA), la idea de capacitar tan solo 15 estudiantes universitarios, se transformó en un aforo de 50 personas, en donde no solo estudiantes y profesores estuvieron presentes, también abogados, periodistas entre otras personas que les interesó conocer un poco sobre la web 3.
Evento de Alta Calidad
Mi primera impresión y la de muchas personas es sobre la calidad de este evento, se contó con el stand de Hive Barquisimeto, para transmitir la información a penas las personas pasarán a tomar asiento, se contó además con refrigerio y café, todo dentro de un ambiente cómodo con una estupenda climatización por potentes aires acondicionados, uno de los retos logísticos más marcados en nuestra ciudad, ciertamente es el calor, sin embargo, en las instalaciones eficazmente equipadas de CETAM permitió un espacio cómodo y ameno para que las personas pudiesen prestar la mayor atención a las ponencias.
He bromeado con respecto a este evento mencionado que era un evento que contaba con el esfuerzo y el cariño en su organización, como un evento de paga, pero que se permitió bajo esta alianza que las personas pudieran vivir esta experiencia educativa de manera gratuita, algo que debo agradecer enormemente al CETAM por el uso de sus instalaciones para este evento en particular sin un costo para Hive.
Ponencias.
Debo decir que hemos mejorado en la manera de comunicarnos, con el pasar del tiempo hemos aprovechado las experiencias para mejorar en el discurso, tanto @filoriologo, como @tsunsica fueron speakers en la pasada Caracas Blockchain Week y cuentan con una mejor experiencia que yo, sin embargo, siento que los 3 estuvimos muy bien, tanto así que los estudiantes le agradecieron por la experiencia y los conocimientos impartidos.
Para estas ponencias decidimos cambiar un poco el enfoque y dar un discurso menos técnico y más dinámico, incluso explicando lo que es Hive basado en una analogía, además de hacerlo más corto como sencillo de entender para personas fuera del ámbito tecnológico, algo que recalcó muy bien en personas adultas que se encontraban en el público.
Logística y Merch
La logística fue asumida por cada Hiver que participó y en cuanto a los obsequios entregados, son los que teníamos guardados para este tipo de ocasiones, en las cuales siempre deseamos tener un pequeño detalle para las personas que disponen de su tiempo para escucharnos y abrir sus cuentas, algo que nos parece valioso y siempre deseamos que se lleven un recuerdo de lo que es Hive y de esa comunidad que siempre está con los brazos abiertos para recibir a nuevos miembros.
Interés de las Personas y Nuevas Cuentas
Todo el resultado de esta actividad se basa en esta sección, y para cambiar la dinámica de este tipo de eventos, decidimos acortar las ponencias y tener un espacio para contestar preguntas y sobre todo para abrir cuentas a los interesados. Se dedicó varios minutos a apertura de cuentas, sin embargo, estos nuevos usuarios no entrarán sin una guía o mentoría por nuestra parte, ya tenemos un grupo y realizaremos un proceso de adopción concreto para que las personas puedan saber las reglas y el buen manejo de sus cuentas, por lo que el trabajo de este evento aún no ha terminado, todo lo contrario, apenas comienza.
Uno de los efectos de este evento, es que notamos un incremento tanto de las preguntas realizadas por el público como del interés general de las personas. Fue una opinión generalizada por parte de todos los Hivers que colaboraron en este evento.
Live en Instagram
El evento tuvo sus frutos inmediatamente, se acercó una chica deseando hacer un Live por Instagram inmediatamente, el cual realicé con el fundador de CETAM, @filoriologo y yo, esta chica es periodista y deseaba transmitir un poco de lo que se sitió en el evento, una cuenta de Instagram de 30 k de seguidores y con trabajo en medios radiales, se realizó el Live con mucho éxito e incluso quedaron planes que posteriormente daremos a conocer.
Comienzo con buen impulso
Debo decir que me siento bastante feliz de todos los comentarios hechos durante y después del evento, todavía queda mucho por hacer y por trabajar, sobre todo, en guiar correctamente a esos nuevos usuarios que entrarán en el ecosistema de Hive mediante este tipo de evento. De hecho, algunas de las personas ya nos han preguntado para atender a un grupo de un número menor de personas y hemos aceptado.

The logistics were assumed by each Hiver who participated and as for the gifts delivered, they are the ones we had saved for such occasions, in which we always want to have a small detail for people who have their time to listen to us and open their accounts, something that we find valuable and we always want them to take a memory of what Hive is and of this community that is always with open arms to welcome new members.
People's Interest and New Accounts
The whole result of this activity is based on this section, and to change the dynamics of this type of event, we decided to shorten the presentations and have a space to answer questions and above all to open accounts to those interested. Several minutes were dedicated to opening accounts, however, these new users will not enter without guidance or mentoring from us, we already have a group and we will make a concrete adoption process so that people can know the rules and good management of their accounts, so the work of this event is not over yet, on the contrary, just beginning.
One of the effects of this event is that we noticed an increase in both questions asked by the public and in people's general interest. It was a general opinion from all the Hivers who collaborated in this event.
Live on Instagram
The event had its fruits immediately, a girl approached me wanting to do a Live on Instagram immediately, which I did with the founder of CETAM, @filoriologo and myself, this girl is a journalist and wanted to transmit a little of what was sieged in the event, an Instagram account of 30 k followers and with work in radio media, the Live was carried out with great success and there were even plans that later we will make known.

I must say that I am quite happy with all the comments made during and after the event, there is still a lot to do and work on, especially in properly guiding those new users who will enter the Hive ecosystem through this kind of event.
