Roasted Bread With Sotanghon

    The crunch of fresh roasted bread topped with cheese is so perfect for my breakfast today. It is better to buy toaster for us to use everyday. We can oalso cook waffles and hotcake with it. Most of my time, I reheat the bread here.

    Sotanghon is like a rice stick but smoothier and soft after cooking. This is good either dry or for soup cooking. Today, I eat the left over sotanghon with vegetable and chicken and I put a lot of spices. It completed my meal just right now. It is a light meal only. It might be my lunch or breakfast but the truth is I am full and eat my next meal later at night for dinner.
