Saludos, amigos de #hive y #swc, hoy les vengo a compartir mi experiencia de entrenamiento de Empuje del día de hoy. Hoy descansé mucho en la casa, dormí bien, con un poco de dolor en la muela, pero, sí pude dormir bien. Me paré tarde hoy, ya que, me acosté algo tarde. En lo que se me hizo la hora para entrenar, me duché, me vestí, comí, reposé un poco, y luego, me fui a entrenar. En lo que llegué a las barras, comencé a calentar mis articulaciones, muñecas, codos, hombros, un poco mi flexibilidad, y luego, realicé algunos press plancha para calentar el hombro, y luego, realicé negativas de press. As soon as it was time to train, I took a shower, got dressed, ate, rested a little, and then went to train. As soon as I got to the bars, I started to warm up my joints, wrists, elbows, shoulders, a little bit of my flexibility, and then I did some plank presses to warm up my shoulder, and then I did press refusals. After that, I started my Push-Up workout today.
Primero, comencé realizando 4 series de fondos. Aquí, este ejercicio, lo utilicé para dar comienzo a la rutina de Empuje, ya que, los fondos son un ejercicio fundamental para una rutina de Empuje. First, I started by performing 4 sets of bottoms. Here, I used this exercise to start the Push-Up routine, since the bottoms are a fundamental exercise for a Push-Up routine. The last set was a little difficult, but I was able to perform all 4 sets without any problem. Then, I performed 4 sets of bardips, here I had a little trouble, since they are high repetitions, but I performed the 4 sets without any problem. Finally, I did 4 sets of push-ups. Here, I was already very fatigued by the routine, and they cost me a lot, but I was able to perform them without any problem. Today's routine did cost me a lot, since I had to perform high repetitions. I feel a little weak from the flu, but, thanks to the discipline of every day, to be a better version of myself.
