Water Is Life. It Is The Purest Substance

The importance of washing what goes into our system cannot be over emphasized because this is the season when producers try all their best to make a higher percentage from any little production that they do and this is the reason why lots of persons are sick.

I am one person that is mindful of what I take in to my system in the name of food on junks, I belong to the team natural with the reason that I am as healthy as what I take into my system. As a woman I take pleasure in joining the women to cook in the kitchen when it comes to congregational meals especially when I have the time to do so. In there one gets to hear lots of things and a times it even makes one to run totally from outside food.

May cannot go a day without taking carbonated drinks. I know of a man who is so addicted to this that even at his age 60+ plus he drinks bottle of coco as if he is drinking water and the truth is, coco of yesterday is not the same of coke of today a lot have changed badly.

Water is and remains the purest substance that anyone can think of, in most days I try my best to make sure that the first thing I take in every morning is a cup of water. This helps to wash off the toxins in the system.

Everyone is responsible for the quality of what that he consumes on a daily basis at least we don't need to blame the government for this one as we don't expect the government to come boil our water for us. Before now, I take in sachet water and from a company that I know to a greater extent takes care of their environment but as things began to change I just calmed down to start drinking my borehole water.

What I do is, I have a particular gallon which I use for my drinking water so I try to wash it regularly. I also try my possible best to not leave my water open so dirt's will not settle in them. It is also a habit for me to wash my cups everyday unless any cup escapes my washing them I just allow it for the next day.

One thing I wish to include to my water hygiene is boiling my water before I drinking. As the cost of buying sachet water has greatly increased one just source for other means to save cost. This habit is one of the was one can sterilize his water because the rate of typhoid is becoming so much though typhoid is not only gotten from drinking water. This one practice can be easily done but it takes a lot of discipline for it to be effective. When I see those that have gone far in the practice I just wish that I could just start but within me I know am not just ready for the whole process.
