The sunlight only touches the branches in a certain part of the forest, while the rest remains in relative darkness. It's a fantastic spectacle of light and shadow, and no, it's not an old jump-and-run game you can see in the distance, it's a high ropes course beautifully set off by the rising sun, and if you look closely you can even spot the water tower in the tangle of branches against the sky. Scenes like this can only be admired in the morning and are one of the many reasons why I love my morning walks. 🖖🏼☀️🤙🏼
