Hive came to my life a years ago but it owns my full heart. There are so many things which are improved in me and it's only because of hive. Today, I will discuss my personal experience about hive and I will be sharing some good and bad things of hive.

Good Things
Writing Skills Improved
The very first thing which is good and which I personally experienced is my writing skills which are improved because of hive blogging. It was COVID time, when I start learning things about online earning. Luckily, I got to know about hive and I made my account. Hive helped me to polish my writing skills. I read posts of other authors, learned new phrases, structures and words. That's how, it helped me to gain more knowledge of English language and that knowledge helped me to excel in my blogging field.
Surprisingly, my academic studies is also English literature and linguistics. So, hive indirectly and directly motivated me to be part of English course. With the passage of time,I am learning many new things on hive. No doubt, my writing style of English is also shifted and modified. It's all thanks to Hive.
Friends & Connections
With the help of hive, everyone made friends and acquaintance with other people. Now, I know people who are from Germany, Philippines, Turkey, India and from other regions of the World. These friends came in the form of friends with benefits because I learned so many things from other hivers.
There are many real life friends who came to hive with my reference. I helped them to join hive. This step actually deepened our friendship. We discuss hive in our daily life and we share ideas and thoughts with each other. Everyday meeting looks like a hive oriented meeting.
It would not be wrong if I say that hive is reason to my smile and happiness. Many times, my friend @ahmedhayat and I fight for blogs. These fights are just cat fights and funny even. We give challenges to each other but there is no jealousy factor in our hearts. Inside our heart, we both want to see other in growing status.
Not only friends, I also made some rivals on hive 😂. There are many people who don't want to see or read my blogs and they have set a certain perception about me. There are many friends who were my real life friends but they became my rival after joining hive. But, it's all fine. I respect opinion of everyone and I respect thoughts coming from every direction.
Learned about Many Cultures and Countries
I have interest in learning and knowing different cultures. Hive is like a digital library for me because it helped me to show different shades of other cultures from all over the world. There were many misconceptions in my mind but after coming to hive and after reading about others I changed my perception and thinking.
Moreover, I am profound lover of travelling and travel blogs. Hive has so many travelling spirits and communities. I digitally traveled to so many places of the world by reading travel blogs of other users 😂. I have set a list of "to- go countries" and this list is never ending list.
Ignited the spirit of hobbies in me
Before joining hive, my sole hobby was to just travel and read some books and academia work. But, with the introduction of hive, I am inclined into other colorful hobbies too like now I love to do DIY stuff and gardening too. It's another cheerful thing for me.
My Digital Diary
Hive is like my digital diary where I am pinpointing my day to day life. My every activity is being encoded in the blogs of hive. When I will be older then I will check my account when my eyes will carry tears and my face will have smile to read and see old days of life. It's the best thing.
Hive as Part time Job
Physical jobs are time bound but hive is not time bound. Hive can be seen as part time job but there is no restrictions of time frame. You are free. Here everyone who is skilled in writing and portraying the life can earn some good amount to spend in life.
Hive really helped me to manage my little and daily life expenses. Now it is becoming a reliable source of earning for me.
Bad Things
Hive Is Addiction
There is no doubt about it that hive is addiction. Even when I am doing nothing, I will be scrolling hive and checking notifications for no reason. With the passage of time, this addiction is lessened but in initial days I was so sick of hive that even in my classes I was stick to hive.
Complex Web of Hive
For newbies, hive is really challenging and complex because it is a complete web of interconnected sites. Every frontend is unique and different but at the same time, they all are linked. This thing actually creates a confused state in users mind. I my starting days, I struggled a lot with this issue but finally I am understanding it.
Also, hive is a big ecosystem which is hard to understand in little time. It takes time to understand bit of it.
My advice to every new user is that "take time and be patient while learning system of Hive".
