My Bike Tire didn’t make me Race today Saturday

    Hello, my fellow cyclist, Cycling has always been My best sport, I loved cycling that I race almost everyday as a kid. Cycling helps improve our cardiovascular, cardio respiratory, musculoskeletal and our body postures also. My dad at his 60’s also bikes till date, cycling should not only be limited to any age. My first experience with my bike was many years ago, and I had always maintain my ride with my heart-love and care. I so much love my bike that I don’t allow anyone apart from me ride it because I feel like they can misuse or manhandle her.

    My bike has always been my source of excersises and fun. I make sure I ride everything Saturdays morning before sunrise for excersise to burn every fat and improve my heart vitals to a healthy state. I always encourage everyone around me to try get a bike to use, as it’s not easier and safer to burn fat Same as jogging. The highest distance I have ever gone with my bike is 32km, and I achieved the is when I was 19 years old here in Lagos.

    This day, I woke up this morning After a long week to relieve my body of stress, and excess pressure,I woke up to discover that my 2 tires where Flat I then went ahead to get my bycicle tire pump,

    Which I tried pumping both tires but discovered there was a lickage in the two tire, what a crazy coincidence, now am left to changing both tires, as I will have to drive my bike to the mall to get it fixed there. I really felt bad for the both tires. It feels like a bad day for my, because I have made up my mind on having a little fun with my bike here.

    If you don’t know my bike, my bike is RIPCURL RHINO 21SPEED SHIMANO EQUIPPED Full speed, no distance limit for this bike, it has all the qualities of a shimano bike, excellent brakes, good seat, fast response.
    This bike is also a mountain bike that has a sturdy aluminum steel frame with strong crank harm. My bike was made in 2007 and I bought it 2011.

    Riding a bike has many helpful benefit which I will list some now

    1. Reduces excess Fat
    2. Lowers and regulate La the pulse levels
    3. Build the musculoskeletal
    4. Improves the nervous system
    5. Reduce blood Fat
    6. Reduces cardiovascular or cardio respiratory diseases.
      And so lot more, my advice for you is to try engage in Bike riding or cycling as it helps to the body and also Fun. Do not be lazy in enagaging others on this.
