Teaching: One of the greatest works on earth is the ability to transform humans into valuable assets. This is what we do in my work place.
I am a trained teacher by profession. The classroom is my work place. Many people see teachings as easy work to go by. As a teacher, I have realized that teaching is not as easy as many think. The ability to transform a person who wallows in ignorance and emptiness to a valuable and dependable life is the greatest testimony the teaching profession should be applauded for. I know how difficult sometimes it has been impacting knowledge and wisdom to people of different characters, cultures, religions and creeds. With their differences you are meant to aggressively and skillfully aggregate these differences in order to achieve a goal at the end of the day.

I am of great support that teachers should earn the highest wage on earth because whatever a person is in this world, it is the teacher that makes him to be. Teaching jobs from my experiences should be borne out of passion and not for the gain because when passion is out of it then the work becomes tiring and uninteresting.

Waking up everyday with the mindset and consciousness that you have people you would want to be better in life for themselves, their families and the nation at large is what gives me hope and happiness. And my greatest satisfaction lies in the fact that my daily hard work is evidenced in the character exhibited and knowledge displayed by my students.

Doubling a role of a mentor, and a teacher is not an easy fit even when I don't yet have biological children, seeing how dependent they are to me to the extent of pouring out their minds and secrets to whom they have confident in is the most tasking part of the teaching work because you're expected to find solutions to those problem if not they lose their confidence in you.
Children and young adults are fun to be with, though at times some of them can be annoying. Being a teacher has helped me to be patient in all things. Impacting knowledge and transforming life is not magical, rather it takes time, hence you are expected to be patient with them as they grow.

I love being a teacher, and this is what gives me joy because the future of the next generation lies in my hand. However I want it to be, depend on what I teach the carrier of the generation. Hence I am very careful about the things I do because I am their role model.
