What a fabulous week!
SPI trades BTC for 200k+ HIVE
This trade has been planned for a long time. When the Bitcoin to HIVE ratio hit 200,000 HIVE to 1 BTC, the plan was to trade. Last night this happened!
We're going for the flip!
An immediate result is 100,000 HP delegated to the @eds-vote account. This very good news for every EDS holder, because the flip that we have all been waiting for - when the APY stops declining and starts to increase - will come so much sooner.
Looking at the original projections for @eds-vote, it looks like it will be in less than a year. What a fabulous result!
And EDS is only borrowing the HP. After it has helped EDS reach the flip, SPI can use the HP for another purpose - trade for BTC when the price falls, swap for HBD, do something else! Our assets are working nicely for us.
This is good news for SPI holders, too. SPinvest will be accumulating EDS which will bring a regular income for dividends.
The SPI price is sitting at 5.33 HIVE this week, which is great news for the Saturday Savers in the SPI subscription savings plan - because you are buying SPI at only 4.44 HIVE from now right through to December 2024. One of the many benefits from the Saturday Savers Club!

@eds-vote is primarily to distribute EDS and support the EDS APY. If you choose to use it, you receive your share of 50% of the income upfront in EDS tokens and the other 50% goes into the EDS fund to provide you with HIVE income later.
It's a fabulous way to save!
There is a bonus with @eds-vote which is that you receive an upvote if you hold 100 EDS. You receive a higher upvote if you delegate 1,000 HP and the highest tier of upvotes if you delegate 2,500 HP. You only fall into one upvote category, whichever is the highest.
You can, of course, follow @eds-vote using the automated service on hive.vote. This means that you will be supporting @eddie-earner and @spinvest and everyone who delegates to @eds-vote or holds 100 EDS.
I have been asked about a curation trail for Saturday Savers Club and I think this is the best way to do it. @eds-vote has substantial HP and it votes for accounts that have made a commitment to EDS by delegating HP and holding the EDS token. It also provides an incentive to Savers to build their HP and their EDS! 🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑
