It is a double tub washing machine, it has a motor to dry and another to rinse the clothes, the problem it had, well, one of the problems because in reality there were several, is that the clock controlling the time of the rinsing motor was damaged. , this allows the motor to move in both directions making a brief pause in both movements. Another problem is that the shaft of that precise motor was damaged, so it was necessary to remove the damaged shaft and buy a new one, and the aluminum pulley where the belt is placed so that the washing blades work was also damaged. and finally I changed the belt, since the one I had was already damaged and had to be replaced. Here I briefly tell my experience!
Hola amigos, espero que tengan una feliz tarde, en esta oportunidad quiero compartirles mi experiencia arreglando una lavadora, es la que usamos regularmente en mi casa. Es una lavadora de doble tina, tiene un motor para secar y otro para enjuagar la ropa, el problema que tenía, bueno, uno de los problemas porque en realidad eran varios, es que se le daño el reloj controlador del tiempo del motor de enjuagar, este permite que el motor se mueva en ambas direcciones haciendo una breve pausa en ambos movimientos. Otro de los problemas es que se daño el eje de ese preciso motor, por lo que fue necesario sacar el eje dañado y comprar un nuevo, así también se dañó la polea de aluminio en donde se coloca la correa para que funcione las aspas del lavado y por último hice el cambio de la correa, pues la que tenía ya se encontraba deteriorada y había que reemplazarla. Aquí cuento brevemente mi experiencia!

It was very difficult for me to find a spare part, I visited many stores in the city, until I was able to find it in a second-hand store, apparently this brand is no longer available so the stores no longer offer it. After removing the damaged part, take the opportunity to clean all those parts and leave them like new.
Como pueden observar, de todos los problemas este fue el principal, el eje de las aspas que enjuagan la ropa, como es una pieza de plástico, con el tiempo de uso fue perdiendo sus propiedades, por lo que el eje comenzó a rodar dentro de sí, y ocasionaba que el motor no pudiera hacer su trabajo. Me costó mucho encontrar una pieza de repuestos, recorrí muchas tiendas de la ciudad, hasta que pude encontrarla en una tienda de segunda mano, al parecer esta marca ya no esta saliendo por lo que las tiendas ya no la ofrecen. Después de sacar la pieza dañada aproveche para hacer limpieza a todas esas partes y dejarlas como nuevas.
Here you can see the new piece, the only thing I did was finish cleaning with a tissue and I began to insert it, first I did some tests with water to make sure that no water leaked and that the safety rubbers worked, fortunately they were great. I put four screws that are in that plastic base and that serve as adjustments to the washing drawer.
Aquí pueden observar la pieza nueva, lo único que hice fue terminar de limpiar con un pañuelo y comencé a introducirlo, primero hice unas pruebas con agua para asegurarme de que no filtrara agua y que las gomas de seguridad funcionaran, afortunadamente estaban geniales. Puse cuatro tornillos que lleva en esa base de plástico y que sirven como ajuste al cajón del lavado.
The second step was to place the plastic pulley, which holds the belt that comes from the engine. I introduced it and it went in easily, when you buy pieces you always have to take the sample to find the correct measurement. El segundo paso fue colocar la polea de plástico, que sujeta la correa que viene desde el motor. LA introduje y entró facilmente, cuando se compran piezas siempre hay que llevarse la muestra para encontrar la medida correcta. Por el lado del cajón de lavar, coloqué las aspas de lavado, va sujetada con un tornillo
Another big problem was the aluminum pulley, it is attached to the motor, over time it wore down to the point of breaking, I remember the sound it made, I thought it had been one of the motors that had failed. I also bought this piece, it was not very expensive, it cost me $2, so I bought an additional one to have as a precaution. I installed it using a screwdriver since it has a screw with a lock nut.
Otro gran problema fue la polea de aluminio, esta va sujeta en el motor, con el tiempo de uso se desgastó hasta el pundo de partirse, recuerdo el sonido que hizo, pen´se que había sido uno de los motores que había fallado. Esta pieza también la compré, no fue muy costosa, me costo $2, por lo que compre una adicional para tenerla como precaución. La instalé usando un destornillador, ya que tiene un tornillo con una tuerca de seguridad.
Then I changed the belt, as you can see, it had already broken, I think the state of the pulley had a lot to do with it, because when it broke it made a tremendous sound, I think it could have been the belt breaking. This is changed manually, it is not necessary to use any type of key, and it goes from the plastic pulley to the aluminum one that is attached to the engine.
Luego hice el cambio de la correa, como pueden observar, ya se habia roto, pienso que tuvo mucho que ver el estado en el que se encontraba la polea, porque cuando esta se partío hizo un sonido tremendo, pienso que pudo haber sido la correa rompiendose. Esta se cambia de forma manual, no es necesario utilizar ningun tipo de llave, y va desde la poléa de plástico, hacia la de aluminio que está sujeta en el motor.
Finally, although there was nothing wrong with it, I put lubricating oil on the centrifuge motor, leaving the cables intact because it was not necessary to remove them. I also put a protective plastic on the spin motor shaft, so that water does not fall on it when it works, as a precaution. Finally, reassemble the washing machine with each piece in its place....
Por último, aunque no tenía nada malo, le puse aceite lubricante al motor de la centrifugadora, los cables los dejé intactos porque no fue necesario sacarlos. También puse un plástico protector al eje del motor de centrigufado, para que no le caiga agua cuando funcione, es como una precaución. Para finalizar, arme de nuevo la lavadora con cada pieza en su sitio.
After finishing, I put power on the washer and it turned out great, both motors working at their best and without making any kind of annoying noise, and the best of all was all the money I saved, because I know that the labor in Another place would have cost me much more. So there is nothing better than trying it ourselves, I think that we should always have the initiative to do it, and if it is a very complicated problem, then seek the help of an expert in that kind of work.
