Hola comunidad de Hive y Street Workout Community. Una vez más por aqui, les vengo a dejar una rutina realmente fácil y sencilla, sobre todo si te toca hacer una semana o un día descarga con el objetivo de descansar pero sin dejar entrenar, es decir bajar la intensidad
Hello Hive and Street Workout Community. Once again here, I come to leave a really easy and simple routine, especially if you have to do a week or a day download with the aim of resting but without leaving training, lowering the intensity.
Los ejercicios de la rutina son los siguientes:
.Aguantes de tuck avanzado 10 seg y luego le añadimos un tuck normal por 10 seg x3 series
.Flexiones a parada de manos 5 repeticiones por x3 series (libres sin usar la pared)
.Dominadas 8 reps x3 series
.Bardips 10 reps x3 series
.Lean Planche 15 seg x4 series (Teniendo un buena activación de la escapula)
.Para culminar 25 flexiones x 4 series
Los descansos entre ejercicios son 2 minutos
The exercises in the routine are as follows:
Advanced tuck holds 10 sec and then add a normal tuck for 10 sec x3 sets.
.handstand push-ups 5 reps x3 sets (free without using the wall)
Pull-ups 8 reps x3 sets
.Bardips 10 reps x3 sets
.Lean Planche 15 sec x4 sets (having a good scapula activation)
To finish 25 push-ups x 4 sets.
Breaks between exercises are 2 minutes
