    Creative Sunday: A Recipe for Colorful and Healthy Parathas

    Ingredients

    For the Dough:

    1.Spinach Dough_1 cup spinach leaves, 2 green chilies, 3 garlic cloves, 1 cup wheat flour, salt

    2.Carrot Dough _ 1 cup grated carrots, 1 tsp red chili powder, 3 garlic cloves, 1 tsp chaat masala, 1 cup wheat flour, salt

    3.Beetroot Dough _ 1 cup grated beetroot, 1 tsp red chili powder, 3 garlic cloves, 1 tsp chaat masala, 1 cup wheat flour, salt according to test

    4.Plain Dough _ 1 cup wheat flour

    For Cooking _ Ghee or oil for frying

    Step by step Method

    1.Prepare the Doughs:

    Blend spinach with green chilies and garlic to make a smooth paste. Mix this paste with 1 cup wheat flour and knead a soft dough.

    Blend carrots with red chili powder, garlic, and chaat masala. Add this mixture to 1 cup wheat flour and knead a soft dough.

    Blend beetroot with red chili powder, garlic, and chaat masala. Mix this paste with 1 cup wheat flour and knead into dough.

    Knead plain wheat flour into a soft dough without any additional ingredients.


    2.Roll the Rotis:

    Roll out thin rotis from each dough (spinach, carrot, beetroot, and plain).

    3.Layer and Roll:

    Stack the rotis one on top of the other to form layers. Roll the stack into a log shape.

    Slice and Shape:

    Cut the log into equal pieces with a knife. Flatten each piece and roll it out into a paratha shape.

    1. Cook the Parathas:

    Heat a skillet on medium flame. Cook each paratha until golden and crisp, adding ghee or oil as needed.

    Serving Suggestions _ Serve these colorful and flavorful parathas with Mint chutney, Yogurt, Pickle, Tomato ketchup
