Saludos a todos queridos amigos, reapareciendo después de un tiempo, aquí les traigo este post con una fruta que estoy probando por primera vez y me pareció sabrosa; es muy dulce y a la vez ácida, es de pulpa blanca, esponjosa y bastante jugosa y con semillas negras, algo parecido a la parchita. Más bien me pareció con un sabor entre pera y a guanabana. Esta fruta contiene propiedades nutritivas y antioxidantes, es muy rica en vitaminas C, B1, B2 Y B3, potasio, hierro, calcio y fósforo. A pesar de no ser muy consumida en mi país, sus valores y beneficios para la salud son muy buenos. Espero les guste y disfruten de esta deliciosa bebida.
