For my scallope potatoes I used a box called Au Gratin and in the box it comes with (2) bag of potatoes and and (2) packs of cheese. So since I used both packs I had to use 13/4 cup of water 2/3 cup of milk and 2 tablespoon of butter.

Para mis patatas vieiras utilicé una caja llamada Au Gratin y en la caja viene con (2) bolsas de patatas y (2) paquetes de queso. Entonces, como usé ambos paquetes, tuve que usar 13/4 taza de agua, 2/3 taza de leche y 2 cucharadas de mantequilla.
I put it in the oven on 450 and let it cook for 30 mins or until top is golden brown and potatoes are tender, sauce will thick as pan cool down.
