I Prefer Multiple Careers than Just One

We have lots of preferences on what path of careers we would choose after we graduated because there are lots of opportunities that awaits us in the industry but there were careers that are good and there were not because of the basic salary were not much as expected for a newly worker in a company.

Some love to have multiple careers but other love to stick with their careers for a long time. Well, we can't blame them if they want multiple or just only one but the main reason is find the careers on what you love the most.

For me, I'd love to have multiple careers so that I can grow more and I will know better with each careers that I went into but I think it's like a trial and error if that career that I land into is the career that I love doing or not because if not, then go to another career and find which one I love the most.

There were people who only stick to one career because that's the perfect career for them and they love doing that just like how they love their parents. Of course, there are also another impact about the company itself because there were companies that they don't care about their employees and only care about their profits and business.

Having different kinds of careers gives myself more time if that kind of path of career is suitable for me because we might not know that it's good for a couple of months but after that, you find it boring.

Anyhow, the advantages of multiple careers is an experience because if I have lots of careers, my experience will also grow, too. But the disadvantage for the multiple careers is that you only experience it for a while and you may forget it when you are older in lots of careers and aside from that, you will not polish or hone that techniques in a career since you have lots of careers.

For only one career, I'm pretty sure lots of you will know this if you have work for a long time and that is, you know best about that one career and your experience will be far more advantage in the long run. I think the disadvantage is that you only get to hone one career in your entire life but having that kind of experience is far more better because the things that is difficult for you will be easy in the long run.

    Thoughts:

I think the best career for me, either multiple careers or just only one is that how the company can make importance of their employees and how they handle them because any employee will not go to another career or company if that company gives more benefits that an employee could ask for.
