Además de ser el lugar donde festejamos el carnaval, el corso es una fiesta móvil, una esquina, un cruce de calles, y sobre todo, algo momentáneo. Esas mismas calles, esquinas o escenarios levantados en medio de la ciudad, desaparecen luego de febrero, y todo vuelve a disfrazarse de cotidianeidad. Y justo este corso, este cruce de calles, es muy conocido en el ambiente, es el corso de Las Ranas, llamado así por nombrar de alguna manera a las personas hacinadas en ese barrio en otra época.

Investigando en internet, encontré este link donde la primera murga que aparece es nada más ni nada menos que Zarabanda Arrabalera, en el 2009, a un año de su nacimiento, en el corso vecino, de Parque de los Patricios. Nuestro barrio, en el corso amigo de toda la vida. Hoy esta historia se repite, y se vuelve mítica la noche y compartir la calle, sin competir.

Este corso no se realizó por un tiempo, algunas personas involucradas aquí eran también barras de la cancha y eso hacía que la mezcla de intereses confunda las cosas y las complique para hacer un festejo único por amor al carnaval.
