Inspiring Others Through Determination and Experience

We live in a world where challenges are the order of the day and you can't seem to go through a week without facing one step back or another, but regardless of each drawback that comes my way, and stand like a limitation on my path to achieving one thing or another. I never give in to whoever it's. I've cultivated a resilient and determined spirit that won't be held back by difficulties, and this is one of the focal points of how I inspired others.

The way I exhibit this resilience and determined spirit amidst adversity inspires and impacts the lives of those around me both directly and indirectly, and one way I do that directly is by sharing my story and experience of the things I've done, how I was able to scale through, the end results, and what happened to those who weren't as resilient as I was and yet also fell into the same obstacles as I did back then.

No one prays to be a victim of obstacles, but when they come, we must be ready to face them head-on with determination that we won't let them get the better part of us. I, for one, have the mindset that I'm the major limitation standing between me and what I want to achieve, and if I'm resilient enough to win the battle against myself (my doubt), then those revolving around others won't be much of a big deal, and that has helped me a lot because overcoming my own battles tends to give me an edge and confidence that I can do better.

During COVID, at my former workplace, some were sacked, We that weren't sacked during COVID had our salary slashed in half, but after COVID, they started recruiting and paying the new staff well, but we, the old staff, got no increase since the slash. I was having issues with my former employer, and because I asked for a pay raise, I personally knew I deserved it because I give my best to every activity that takes place around the factory.

But my boss wasn't seeing things in the same light, so he told me if I'm not comfortable with what I was earning, then I can leave. Some of my colleagues were aware and advised that I shouldn't leave but keep managing with the little I was being paid. I told them I deserved better and wouldn't let the organization take advantage of my work ethic without giving me my due wages.

To cut a long story short, I resigned and was on the lookout for another job. It was post-COVID, so most organizations that have fold ups, reopened were recruiting, although I couldn't get any within the next two months of my resignation. But then, back at my former place of work, within those two months I left, they've hired three different people to replace me and do my job, but none of them have been able to replicate the amount of production I make the workers under me generate, and after the third person was sacked, they came back begging that I should come back, and then we'll discuss the new wages.

On returning, I can categorically tell you that they went as high as tripling my initial wages as an offer just so I'd come back and start working for them, which I did for a few months before relocating from the state to another state, and I also make sure working during the weekends becomes a thing of the past, because since covid, we were meant to work everyday without having tge weekend to relax, but on coming back I demand to have my weekend break and i was given in as much as they get tbose much production again, but during my short return, other staff who were sure of what they could offer also demanded a pay raise, and those they deemed qualified got the pay raise. They were thankful and couldn't help but talk about how they would have done anything had I not inspired them through my act and sharing my story.

So as you can see, I've been an inspiration to many via my lifestyle and experience sharing, and this has led those around me to follow my advice and adopt a determined mindset set towards achieving their dreams and staying resilient to the course without letting any challenges draw them back.
