These people traveled all over the country. They did not see big palaces and big houses except a few which were already built. They did not see any special garden or greenery, just what was already going on. Now the hour of judgment came and all the judges decided together that this third ranked king won. Everyone was surprised. When we asked the reason, we were told that when we first arrived in the country, there were beautiful buildings everywhere, and big houses and big neighborhoods, all this is a mess, but when we looked at the faces of the people, we saw many sad faces that were silent. When we reached another country, the whole country had become a garden, but when we read the faces of the people, we found more people worried than before, people were telling their problems with silent eyes.

The basic needs of people are health, education and justice. People are crying for education, health and justice. The children of the poor are studying by sitting in animal enclosures, people are committing suicide due to the fear of poverty. Such development is of no use unless the people are prosperous.
