¡Qué día tan increíble tuvimos ayer! Junto a mis compañeros de Olympus Calistenia, llevamos a cabo una presentación en un colegio cercano que resultó ser todo un éxito. Después de semanas de planificación y práctica, pudimos demostrar la esencia de la calistenia: su disciplina, su belleza y la fuerza que se requiere. Fue una oportunidad perfecta para mostrar en qué se basa y cómo se realiza. La respuesta fue fenomenal y nos llenó de orgullo ver el interés y la admiración de los estudiantes.
What an amazing day we had yesterday! Together with my colleagues from Olympus Calisthenics, we held a presentation at a nearby school that turned out to be a great success. After weeks of planning and practice, we were able to demonstrate the essence of calisthenics: its discipline, its beauty and the strength required. It was a perfect opportunity to show what it is based on and how it is performed. The response was phenomenal and we were proud to see the interest and admiration of the students.

Por la tarde, me tomé un merecido descanso antes de salir a pasear con mi perro, cerrando así un día lleno de actividad. Fue un día movido, pero extremadamente divertido y alentador. Me recordó que estamos en el camino correcto y que cada esfuerzo vale la pena. ¡Una gran experiencia que sin duda repetiríamos!
In the afternoon, I took a well-deserved rest before going for a walk with my dog, thus closing a day full of activity. It was a busy day, but extremely fun and encouraging. It reminded me that we are on the right path and that every effort is worth it. A great experience that we would definitely repeat!
