It’s officially day 1
Most of us didn’t wait until the first day of the year to work towards our goals
But what all of us can do is take a snapshot
How old
How healthy
How fast
How strong
Debts
Assets
Upcoming bills
Upcoming plans
Are you happy
Why? Or why not?
Can you change that?
It’s your life. Don’t live it for other people
This isn’t a video game. You can’t just do what everyone wants you to do right now and “later on” you can live life the way you want to live.
There is only one chance
Oh, you think we will come back as something else in the future?
Well, do you remember any of your past selves?
No, seriously… there is no awareness of a past life, so your next one won’t remember this one.
So make it worth it. Make it something you are proud of
Sometimes it’s easier said than done. Especially when there’s illness involved.
However most of us are still relatively young and we are the ones who shape the future
So lets be more aware, more present and more prepared
