Día 366 del Reto Burpees, exactamente 67.169 repeticiones y muchos obstáculos y satisfacciones en el camino. Agradezco al amigo @albertocoachbl por esta genial idea, ya que la transformación que tuve, a mis casi 50 agostos, fue sensacional. En lo estético debo reconocer que se nota cambios, pero en otros aspectos, más aún. Esto recién empieza y este 2025 seguimos con nuevos retos deportivos.

Tengo mucho para decir y contar, pero en el video lo hago y solo espero que encuentren inspiración, para que en este 2025 se pongan metas deportivas, por el bien de nuestra salud y sobre todo, para sentirnos bien y pleno.
