Call of Duty always amazes me with the realistic battles and the soldier vibe that it gives to the players. The last Call of Duty that I really enjoyed was Ghosts, then I tried some other titles but I didn't continue as I didn't like them.
I noticed @mashtch talking about his nuke retrieval mission in Black Ops Cold War and then I found the next Call of Duty that I should enjoy playing and I gave it a try. I finished the first mission and I got sure this is the Call of Duty I was looking for all this time.
After a speech of the US President, some news anchor was talking about some U.S intelligence analytics believing America is already in a state of war with the Soviet Union.
There was a hostage situation and the CIA got two names on it: Arash Kadivar and Qasim Jadavi.
It was Januray 12, 1981 ad I got to play as Alex Mason who's a CIA Operative and we were in Amsterdam, The Netherlands where we got location of Qasim Jadavi.
The objective in Amsterdam was interrogating and neutralize Qasim Javadi so after going out of the bar, I got to choose a weapon from a Milano 821, MP5, AK-74u and I chose AK-74u for the big scope.
Btw, I had Adler and Woods with me in this mission.
Before going in, Adler suggested us not to take down Qasim as he has info we need and he also added that everyone can get some powder. This building was filled with terrorists so we had a good fight there.
Look how they were using the Billiard Table. Bullets as Balls and Rifles as Sticks, huh?
Qasim was trying to escape and his peoples were trying to stop us. After jumping out of a window, this man came over to take me down and initiated a takedown on him where I could try to use him as body shield as well.
We got our target after chasing him at the end of the roof where he couldn't get away anymore. But he was not so cooperative, was not giving up Arash so Adler threw one of his man out of the roof to scare him off that worked well.
Qasim gave us location of Arash and I threw him out of the roof as a gift.
We were at Turkey, Trabzon Airfield after 18 hours and we were well equipped for a good fight now. It looked like they netralized some terrorists there already and now our priority was to ID Arash before things go hot.
After using a binocular to look for Arash, I started using the sniper rifle to take down some of his men when my teammates already started shooting as they confirmed Arash was there.

But as things got hot, Arash was trying to escape flying the cargo plane so we got on a vehicle and started chasing them. There were some enemy vehicles that tried to stop us and give Arash a safe exit and I had to neutralize them.
As Arash was getting away flying the plane, Adler suggested me to deploy a RC car and take out the landing gear of the plane and this car was a lot faster than the big ones.
The RC car was an explosive itself so I exploded it after reaching the landing gear of the plane which made it stop and there was a big crash and it looked like the plane fell on our team and my character fell on the ground.
No, he didn't die. Adler got him up after moment.
We got Arash who was not as soft as Qasim and dude was talking about some Perseus who'll watch the West burn that got Adler confused as he knew Perseus is dead. Adler shot down Arash suddenly.
The whole team came back to their office and was having a meeting which was about stopping Perseus. Then there came Ronald Reagan (the 40th US President) and asked the team to take steps in stopping this Perseus.
