So a child is born and he grows and passes through all stages and phases of life and then after ageing death typically follows. This is a popular cycle of life but then there is a creator that has created these humans and a valid question in the mind of anyone would be unveiling the purpose of their life according to the creator, God.
When we read Genesis 1 verse 28 to 30, it is clear that the purpose of animals and plants is to aid the survival of human beings. God in his command gave man charge over everything in water, air and land for man's sustenance.
Verse 28:
"And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth."
Verse 29:
"And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat."
Verse 30:
"And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so."
Ephesians 2 verse 10 lets us know that God has considerately and carefully created human life with a life purpose of living in righteousness and doing good deeds. The main purpose of mans life is to abide in Gods will. This is the pupose God has ordained for human life even before any man is born.
"For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them."
In summary the purpose of human life is unto good works. That is to do things that has been ordained/ mandated by God almighty
