MY CLEANPLANET ACTIVITY FOR 14TH MARCH,2024
Greetings to EVERYONE @cleanplanet Community, Hope we Are all having a Great day today taking care of Mother Earth and protecting her from Pollution and Ozone layer depletion
It was a Bright Morning today as I woke up to attend my classes and do my clean up exercise I felt enthusiastic about it as it has now become a part of me
I can not longer look away when I see a dirty and untidy Environment
It has become a Conditioned Reflex in me , I begin to do my best to clean it up so it would be healthy and free from Pollution and I'll breathe in a Safer and Clean Air
So Today I'll be talking about how our Environment contributes to the Quality of Life we live
Both Internal Environment and External Environment
THE BENEFITS OF A NEAT ENVIRONMENT
Increased focus – A cluttered or muffled space can be visually overstimulating. That kind of distraction often causes cognitive overload, foggy thinking, and reduced memory.
Increased motivation – there's a link between procrastination and problems with an untidy space
Reduced depression, anxiety, and stress – Cluttered spaces have been tied to increases in cortisol levels, a stress hormone, while cleaning and organizing are linked with decreased feelings of depression and anxiety.
Improved relationships – When living in a tidy Environment you'll be willing to invite people over thereby fostering good relationships.

Increased mindfulness – A clear space gives you a clear mind, allowing you to appreciate the small things and live in the clutter-free moment.
Sense of satisfaction – After working to clean up an area, you get instant gratification and are able to enjoy the functional space again.
HOW TO BE TIDY
If a cluttered space feels like a lot for you to handle, you can set a timer for just 10 or 15 minutes a day to focus on cleaning up as much as you can. If you’re living in a large space, prioritize what areas bother you the most or start where you spend the most time. After a few days, you’ll be amazed at how much cleaning up you’ve accomplished
And how improved your thinking and Quality of life would be.
