Titans former third round draft pick and QB3 as of a month ago, Malik Willis, just destroyed the Titans this past Sunday as a member of the Green Bay Packers. Deeply and utterly embarrassing. Happy for Malik at a human level but boy that HURT to watch. Completely outperformed Levis. The NFL is nuts. Maybe the Titans totally misevaluated Malik... Time will tell.

Nothing went right Sunday in general in the 30-14 beatdown. Could do nothing well in any phase of the game. Pick-six by Levis, defense let Malik COOK and even more special teams problems. The Titans have averaged a measly 16 points a game.

This has been one of the more depressing first three games of a Titans season that I can remember in a long time. This is worst case scenario type of stuff. In all three games QB Will Levis has made awful decisions, viral on the internet type of awful decisions in losing efforts.

Makes me honestly want Vrabel back at this point. Tannehill too. I appreciate half decent football more than ever right about now.

Maybe this post won't age well and I'm overreacting, but as of now until proven otherwise I don't have a good feeling about this team. I fear I won't learn much about the Titans until about October 13th since their upcoming game is against the Dolphins. Miami has some major QB problems of their own since starting QB Tua Tagovailoa is out for certain and backup Skylar Thompson may also be too injured to go Monday Night.

That being said I suppose if Levis plays like crap again and they lose to ANOTHER non-starting quarterback on Monday Night Football in front of the world I think it's safe to say a QB change may be at hand. The franchise can only be embarrassed so much. I like to preach patience especially with QBs, but this offense has been awful. Patience sure, but if there's no type of progress soon I won't be mad at all at a replacement.

Maybe I just remember Tannehill coming in and playing well for the Titans in 2019. I have also just seen Andy Dalton come in and perform great for the Panthers taking QB1 duties from second year QB Bryce Young.

I suppose if the coaching staff just openly sort of admitted this entire year is a developmental year as a team, I'd be less irritated by the team. I guess the team and league would not want to hear that LOL.

The team just feels lost and it stinks to watch. If Levis does stink again, Mason could come in after the bye week to face the Colts. If Levis plays better and they win, I guess it will be ok to keep going with Levis. Would be nice if the Titans destroyed the Dolphins on Monday Night. That would inject a mild dose of optimism in my veins.

But man. This team is all over the place. The season is so young that I almost don't know who to blame fully yet. I almost feel like Levis played better for Vrabel than Callahan which is interesting.

Harold Landry III is playing well, D-Hop showed he can still play football last week. Those are pluses. Like I said the defense is like, not terrible.

But that's it. The team has no fire or grit.

I fear the team is on the cusp of some dark years ahead if they don't figure something out. The past two years have been bad record wise but there were kernels of hope in those years. 2022 the Titans started 7-3 with Tannehill and just kind of collapsed. 2023 we were giving Tannehill and Henry another shot, then Levis came in. Rough year but interesting and the team had some hope. 2024 we are 0-3 looking lost...

I hate that I sound like a panicky overreacting fan but man, things surely look quite abysmal at the moment.

I've never wanted to be proved wrong more though! Still fourteen games left. Maybe I will laugh hysterically at this post in the future.
