Han sido un par de semanas complicadas para mí, ya que he estado enfermo de “Dengue”, además de que no se exactamente porque he estado recibiendo votos negativos en mi cuenta específicamente en los puestos de “Splinterlands” justo antes de que se paguen las recompensas de los post, tampoco es que le preste mucha atención, pero, soy de los pocos creadores que no hacen solo batallas en sus puestos, creo contenido diverso sobre el juego, pero bueno, pasemos al tema del inicio para explicarles y/o contarles mi historia con el “Virus”.
En las ultimas semanas fui diagnosticado con “Dengue”, para el que no lo sepa “EL Dengue” es un virus que se transmite por medio de un mosquito hembra, el cual, en dicha picada transmite un virus que causa infección en el sistema, haciendo que las “Plaquetas y la Hemoglobina” bajen más allá de los niveles de referencia, todo esto causa que tenga terribles dolores en las articulaciones, en la espalda, y dolor de “Cabeza” bastante fuerte, sin mencionar que todo esto viene acompañado de “Fiebre de mas de 40 grados”, así que si, estuve muy mal por varios días y recién me estoy recuperando.
Mi historia con el “Dengue” viene desde que prácticamente nací, mi “Madre” me cuenta que, en esa época, cuando apenas tenia 6 meses de nacido, tuve el tipo de “Dengue” más agresivo que existe, que es el “Hemorrágico”, básicamente, según la historia de mi madre, estoy vivo por un milagro y hasta el día de hoy, nadie sabe exactamente lo que paso ese día.
Para contar lo recuerdo de la historia, básicamente estaba según los doctores en mis últimos momentos de mi corta vida, no tenia defensa, la “Hemoglobina” era muy baja, y mis “Plaquetas” estaban por el suelo, no es hasta que aparecer una “Doctora” misteriosa, mi mama decía que era alta, de piel blanca, con un uniforme de color “Blanco” impecable, la cual llego hizo que todos salieran de la habitación y comenzó a “Inyectarme” algo por las vías que ya me habían agarrado.
Lo que intuye mi mama y los otros médicos, es que me inyecto “Plaquetas”, lo que hizo que mis “Defensas” de bebe se activaran, mi “Hemoglobina” subiera y por ende pudiera combatir el virus, básicamente gracias a esta doctora me salve y estoy en estos momentos escribiendo estas líneas por la misteriosa “Doctora”, mi mama le agradeció, si mas no recuerdo le dijo a mi mama su nombre y luego desapareció en los pasillos.
Resulta que cuando llega el medico que estaba llevando mi caso, en conjunto con las enfermeras, piden explicaciones de que es lo que paso y el porqué de mi repentina recuperación, mi mama les cuenta lo sucedido, dice el nombre de la “Doctora” y resulta que nadie conocía a la doctora en todo el “Hospital” donde estaba, básicamente no existía, ni por el nombre ni por sus características físicas, por lo que, la deducción es que es un “Milagro”, dios mando a una de sus “Ángeles” para que me recuperara y pudiera vivir.
El Tratamiento del “Dengue”
Luego de todo eso, en lo que llevo de vida he padecido 2 o 3 veces de “Dengue Clásico”, la versión menos agresiva, con los dolores que describí al inicio del post. Resulta que este virus no tiene un tratamiento específico, solo consiste en subir las “Plaquetas y la Hemoglobina” y para ello las recomendaciones son las siguientes:
• Reposo absoluto
• El único medicamente recomendado es el “Acetaminofén” para los dolores.
• Tomar consomé de “Patas de pollo” esto hace que suban las defensas y recuperar las “Plaquetas”.
• Soda con “Leche Condensada” (Sube las Plaquetas muy rápido)
• Agua de Coco (También para subir las Plaquetas)
• Alimentarse muy bien
Para los que han padecido este “Virus” y sufren, ya tienen las mejores indicaciones que puedo darles sobre, esto, también espero les haya gustado mi historia, bueno la de mi “Madre” jaja, sobre como soy prácticamente un milagro andante. Nos vemos en el próximo post, tengo varias cosas que quiero compartir de “Splinterlands”, en especial como recomendación para los nuevos escritores.

In the last few weeks I was diagnosed with "Dengue", for those who do not know "Dengue" is a virus that is transmitted by a female mosquito, which, in that bite transmits a virus that causes infection in the system, causing the "Platelets and Hemoglobin" to drop beyond the reference levels, all this causes me to have terrible pains in my joints, back, and quite strong "Head" pain, not to mention that all this is accompanied by "Fever of more than 40 degrees", so yes, I was very bad for several days and I'm just recovering.
My history with "Dengue" comes from when I was practically born, my "Mother" tells me that, at that time, when I was barely 6 months old, I had the most aggressive type of "Dengue" that exists, which is the "Hemorrhagic", basically, according to my mother's story, I am alive by a miracle and to this day, no one knows exactly what happened that day.
To tell the memory of the story, basically I was according to the doctors in my last moments of my short life, I had no defense, the "Hemoglobin" was very low, and my "Platelets" were on the floor, not until a mysterious "Doctor" appeared, my mom said she was tall, white skin, with an impeccable "White" color uniform, who arrived made everyone leave the room and began to "Inject" me with something through the lines that had already grabbed me.
What my mom and the other doctors intuits, is that she injected me with "Platelets", which made my baby "Defenses" to be activated, my "Hemoglobin" went up and therefore I could fight the virus, basically thanks to this doctor I was saved and I am now writing these lines because of the mysterious "Doctor", my mom thanked her, if I remember correctly she told my mom her name and then disappeared in the corridors.
It turns out that when the doctor who was handling my case arrives, together with the nurses, ask for explanations of what happened and why my sudden recovery, my mom tells them what happened, says the name of the "Doctor" and it turns out that no one knew the doctor in the "Hospital" where I was, basically did not exist, neither by name nor by their physical characteristics, so the deduction is that it is a "Miracle", God sent one of his "Angels" for me to recover and could live.
Treatment of "Dengue
After all that, so far in my life I have suffered 2 or 3 times from "Classic Dengue", the less aggressive version, with the pain I described at the beginning of the post. It turns out that this virus has no specific treatment, it only consists of raising the "Platelets and Hemoglobin" and for this the recommendations are as follows:
• Absolute rest
• The only medicine recommended is "Acetaminophen" for pain.
• Drink consommé of "chicken legs", this increases the defenses and recovers the "platelets".
• Soda with "Condensed Milk" (Raises Platelets very fast)
• Coconut Water (Also to raise platelets)
• Feeding very well
