The main aim of this post is to encourage discussion more especially in relationships. Having a heart to heart discussion is very important and should be done often.
I have seen relationship crumble and divorce in marriage because one party preferred to talk to a third party rather than their spouse. Discussion should be held between both parties, and most often than not the issues will be resolved.
In case of a therapist coming in, there will still be a discussion between the two parties along with the therapist. So, it still ends with a discussion.
A relationship grows with discussion, the more we share what is on our minds, the better our chances of building a sustainable relationship.
