Adding a step by shopping for ice cream with my baby! He really wanted ice cream in a cone, so we went to the mall to get it. Add steps in a happy way. One more thing, in the mall with full air conditioning it was very comfortable, so my throat didn't feel like I was fasting.
At least, I can still move even though today I didn't go to the gym and spent time doing lots of steps.
