    What went well?
    5 perfect score habits
    meditation is becoming more enjoyable again like it used to be, more of a relaxation that a chore
    im more satified with what im spending my time on when i look at my time tracked
    dream journal is giving me the result i wanted of remembering more dreams
    the days that i did miss in daily journal, workout and work enough were usually a result of me not meeting the internal quota i set rather than me not doing it at all. More oft than not i just forgot about the night part of my journal, didnt finish a full workout routine or didnt get enough work hours

    What went wrong?
    score did go down this week
    still didnt work as much as i would like or achieve the results i would like in that area
    wasnt really too motivated to do sidequests

    How can I improve?
    i can fix a few scores by putting forth minimal effort.
    Just meditate more, its like 10-20 mins, i have the time
    remember to finish the daily journal at night
    actually try to do sidequests cuzz a few of these days i just didnt care(im gonna get rid of them on sundays tho, i think thatd benefit me more than harm me)
    i say this everytime but i gotta work more
