Es la frase de una canción pero es muy verídica a veces nos sorprendemos de las cosas que la vida nos presenta por más que dudemos por más que seamos un poco inseguros y pensar que no merecemos lo que no sucede pues hemos trabajado para ello lo que pasa es que cuando llega la recompensa nos asustamos y decimos Dios en verdad obtuve esto en verdad logré porque a veces no creemos en nosotros mismos.

Parece que cuando llegamos a cierta edad no da como temor volver a empezar me va pasando situaciones complicadas acá en Colombia donde he tenido que buscar la manera de solucionar y uno de esos problemas es encontrar un trabajo medio tiempo y esas solicitudes por todas partes por redes sociales por páginas de bolsas de empleo siempre había un limitante que era la edad parece ser que a medida que somos más maduros y expertos somos sobrecalificados.

Pero nunca perdí la esperanza y seguí insistiendo y de repente un día me llamaron Lo bueno es que es una empresa con mucho prestigio y muy conocida en Colombia es una franquicia de clínicas odontológicas de verdad entrar fue como difícil porque tuve que enfrentar cuatro pruebas bastante complicadas No solamente eso sortear eso con mi otro trabajo pero estaba buscando un trabajo tiempo parcial que no hubiera limitante de la edad y lo encontré parece ser que cuando uno habla y pide exactamente lo que quiere el universo responde.

Presente cuatro pruebas dos entrevistas y hace un día cuando ya yo pensaba que tal vez no me iban a llamar me contactó la reclutadora de recursos humanos diciéndome qué le dieron el aval para continuar con el proceso de contratación tengo que buscar una gran cantidad de documentos ya entregué los que poseía me faltan algunos que tengo que buscar o diligenciar personalmente porque por ser extranjera por la página web no estoy registrada Esa es mi misión el próximo lunes.

También tengo que cursar unos cursos obligatorios para el personal de salud acá en Colombia como lo son el curso del tratamiento de pacientes víctimas de violencia sexual el curso de humanización de las consultas de salud el curso de radio protección el curso de soporte que deben ser exigidos de verdad algo que admiro de la parte de salud del gobierno colombiano ya tengo los contactos y ya el lunes los hago son virtuales no son tan largos y tendré la certificación.

Culminado todo el proceso tengo que ir a hacerme los exámenes preempleo ya estoy lista para firmar contrato solamente queda entregar antecedentes penales la información tributaria cosas que en verdad se necesitan para un expediente pero yo acá tengo como ente recaudador pues por ser personal de salud soy exento y tampoco llegó al mínimo o al tope para poder pagar algún tipo de impuestos entonces saldría exonerado y tengo que entregar esa información, es una empresa que guarda todas los lineamientos que exige el ministerio de trabajo a la hora de la contratación de un nuevo empleado me siento bien me gusta mi nuevo ambiente laboral y es un reto.

Porque tengo metas que cumplir tengo que esforzarme para lograr alcanzar con mi trabajo mis metas personales para poder alcanzar las comisiones que me corresponde pienso que es una manera diferente de ver mi profesión me gusta mucho me llama la atención por eso quería entrar y me lo puse de meta creo que haré un buen papel porque me gusta mucho el bienestar del paciente y me dan la libertad de poder buscar la forma de que logre su salud tenemos distintos planes de financiamiento créditos tratados con bancos que nos hacen ser una opción para aquellas personas que necesitan hacerse algo y no tienen el dinero en el momento.

Luego le contaré de aquí al lunes tengo muchas cosas que pensar pero por lo menos es un reto el cual me puse y he estado todo el mes de mayo en este proceso cada semana fue una cosa y lo fui sorteando de manera normal sin ningún estrés incluso en la prueba de los casos clínicos y diagnósticos salió muy bien tengo muchos años de experiencia y me siento orgullosa de mí misma de que si se puede lograr lo que no quiere y bueno todavía me queda acoplarme y adaptarme al nuevo sistema creo que teniendo mente abierta y gran capacidad de trabajo, esto me hace muy feliz.
