I test the Remington Shine Therapy hair straightener

Mi anterior plancha que aun conservo tambien es de esta misma marca, sin embargo, es una plancha que es un poco vieja y no tiene gran cantidad de temperatura, solo tiene una temperatura estándar, calienta, pero no tanto como esta, la Remington posee una temperatura mínima de 300 grados y máxima de 450 grados para cabello más difíciles de alisar.
A continuación, quiero dar todos los detalles y mi primera impresión sobre esta plancha.

Very good evening friends, today I am here to share my experience with this Remington brand iron, a brand that I have used since my beginnings straightening my hair and I love it, I recently bought this model that specifically is Remington Shine Theraphy, which promises a perfect straightening with its formula of argan oil and keratin that also adds shine to the hair, this iron has ceramic plates in which are just these two products that I mentioned, argan oil and keratin.

My previous flat iron that I still have is also from this same brand, however, it is a flat iron that is a little old and does not have a great amount of temperature, it only has a standard temperature, it heats, but not as much as this one, the Remington has a minimum temperature of 300 degrees and a maximum of 450 degrees for hair that is more difficult to straighten.
So, I want to give you all the details and my first impression about this straightener.

Cuando realicé esta compra, pensé mucho en que modelo elegir, quería algo bueno, bonito y barato, al principio pensé en una babyliss, pero al ver los precios me di cuenta que se salía totalmente de mi presupuesto, decidí ir por lo seguro, lo que siempre he conocido y es esta marca, siempre que he comprado planchas de cabello de esta marca me han durado años, resultan muy buenas, esta vez quise investigar un poco sobre los modelos mas recientes o al menos que yo no he visto, conseguí esta plancha en algunos reviews de YouTube, era la que mas salía, vi varios videos y me convenció bastante, la temperatura era buena para mi tipo de cabello, se veía ligera y además a buen precio, sin embargo, lo primero que hice fue buscarla en tiendas de mi país (Venezuela) y me sorprendió ver que costaban el triple de su precio real, asi fue como descarte la idea de comprarlo aquí y aproveche que ya había realizado algunas compras en internet de maquillaje para enviar con todo eso mi plancha, en Amazon la conseguí en $27 era un SUPER precio y no pude perder esa oportunidad.

When I made this purchase, I thought a lot about which model to choose, I wanted something good, nice and cheap, at first I thought of a babyliss, but when I saw the prices I realized that it was totally out of my budget, I decided to go for sure, what I have always known and is this brand, whenever I bought hair straighteners of this brand have lasted me years, they are very good, this time I wanted to investigate a little about the latest models or at least that I have not seen, I see this straightener in some YouTube reviews, I saw several videos and I was quite convinced, the temperature was good for my hair type, it looked light and also at a good price, however, the first thing I did was to look for it in stores in my country (Venezuela) and I was surprised to see that it cost three times its real price, so I discarded the idea of buying it here and took advantage that I had already made some online purchases of makeup to send with all that my straightener, on Amazon I got it at $ 27 was a SUPER price and I could not miss that opportunity.

Hoy por fin la pude usar, pero antes lave muy bien mi cabello y deje secar, después aplique este protector térmico que me encanta de la marca Novex, este protector térmico ha ayudado a mantener mi cabello saludable a pesar de plancharlo muy seguido, igualmente hay semanas donde dejo descansar mi cabello por días y asi tambien evitar cualquier daño, pero en general este protector es buenísimo.

Today I was finally able to use it, but first I washed my hair very well and let it dry, then I applied this heat protector that I love from the brand Novex, this heat protector has helped to keep my hair healthy despite ironing it very often, there are also weeks where I let my hair rest for days to avoid any damage, but in general this protector is great.

Comencé a dividir mi cabello y empezar a planchar con una temperatura de 410 grados, quede muy impresionada al sentir lo ligera que es esta plancha de cabello, tanto en el peso como al momento de deslizarla sobre tu cabello, no se siente para nada, super cómodo. Al probar el primer mechón me di cuenta que aliso bastante el cabello, con una segunda pasada ya el pelo estaba completamente liso, en algunas partes lo pase mas de dos veces para asegurar que quedase bien planchado, pero en general en todos los mechones con dos pasadas ya tenias un liso muy bonito.

I started to divide my hair and start straightening with a temperature of 410 degrees, I was very impressed to feel how light this hair iron is, both in weight and when sliding it on your hair, it does not feel at all, super comfortable.
When I tried the first strand I realized that it straightened the hair quite a lot, with a second pass the hair was completely straight, in some parts I passed it more than twice to ensure that it was well ironed, but in general in all the strands with two passes you already had a very nice smooth.

El tiempo de este planchado fue de dos horas, mi cabello es sumamente abundante y por eso tardo tanto, pero la diferencia de tiempo entre esta plancha y la que tenia anteriormente es enorme, recuerdo que con la otra plancha tenia que planchar la mitad de cabello un día y al día siguiente el otro, necesitaba repasar muchas veces cada mechón por que no calentaba lo suficiente, en cambio con esta, fue todo lo contrario, dos horas para mí son la gloria. El cabello quedo con mucho brillo y sumamente suave, con mi anterior plancha el cabello quedaba liso pero opaco y al pasar una o dos horas el frizz se apodera de mi cabello, con esta plancha puedo decir que no he tenido ese problema, dormí un poco en la tarde y me levanté como si tuviese el cabello recién planchado, hasta este momento se mantiene igual de liso, sedoso, brillante y suave.

The time of this straightening was two hours, my hair is extremely abundant and that's why it takes so long, but the time difference between this iron and the one I had before is huge, I remember that with the other iron I had to straighten half of my hair one day and the next day the other, I needed to go over each strand many times because it was not hot enough, instead with this one, it was the opposite, two hours for me are the glory.
My hair was shiny and extremely soft, with my previous straightening iron my hair was straight but dull and after one or two hours the frizz took over my hair, with this iron I can say that I have not had that problem, I slept a little in the afternoon and I woke up as if I had just straightened my hair, until now it remains as straight, silky, shiny and soft.

Definitivamente ¡SI! Al menos a mi me funciono bastante bien, es la primera vez que me siento tan cómoda con una plancha de cabello, es sumamente facil de manejar, calienta rápido para poder usarla lo mas pronto posible, el acabado que deja es hermoso, alisa muy rápido y estoy segura de que alguien que tenga el cabello un poco menos abundante que el mío y más liso, le iría perfecto, recuerden siempre usar protector térmico para que el cabello se mantenga lo mas sano posible, sobre todo si manejan altas temperaturas como en mi caso, en definitiva esta compra fue una de las mejores que hice, además de que pude conseguirla a un muy buen precio en comparación de las tiendas de Venezuela, espero que les haya gustado, nos vemos.
