Brother Eli Teaching( Biblical Ideology 1/4)

    Brother Eli began by clearly stating his unbelieve of philosophy, reason being that it's not found in the scripture.

    That got me you know?
    Then again, he kicked off by giving various dictionary definitions of ideology and out of the few mentioned.

    Taking from the first definition;
    Meaning of ideology “A closely organized system beliefs, value and ideas forming the basis of a social,economic, political philosophy or program

    After the given definition, he went on the search for where the word “Ideology” was mentioned in the bible.
    Honestly, I was quite shocked about the results It clearly stated zero phrases, zero words from all 71 English translations in the bible.
    I mean from Genesis down to revelation none was mentioned. This was truly an eye opener for me.

    All these were literally backed up by the scripture. Reading from the book of;
    Colossians 2:8 (KJV) says; Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world and not after Christ.
    These clearly stated and was interpreted by brother Eli “Human philosophy is vain according to the scripture.

    Going further, we were reminded about the logical meaning of ideology given by the dictionary,”System of Believe”

    Now let's look into the Ideology of the Bible in other words the bible system idea.

    Making reference to the scripture earlier given by brother Eli Titus 1:4(kjv) reads; To Titus my own son after the common faith: grace, mercy,and peace from God the father and the Lord Jesus Christ our savior.

    Making emphasis on the statement “Titus my own son after the common faith”

    Rephrasing back to the earlier definition of ideology “organized system of belief” in the other definition given it says “meaningful of belief system.. A set of belief”
    These state the logical beliefs of humans in different forms, philosophy or human understanding etc..

    Taking us back to the scripture in ”Titus” We would then see that there's a common faith accustomed to we Christians and all these is fully written in the scripture of ”Ephesians 4:4-5”
    Where the bible describes us having one personality in Christ.

    To conclude the common faith mentioned by Paul in the book of titus reflects the one body/spirit/baptism. All three in one could be simply referred to as the church. The church being the body and the belief system of us Christians.
    It was an insightful teaching. I'll drop on the records of the main teachings for easy access to interested persons.
