Today I prepared a very delicious juice with 2 ingredients that when combined are tasty such as chayota and passion fruit; It is a very refreshing drink and is thick because of the chayote, which is the main ingredient for cocktails and to make the juices thicker, add sugar to taste (optional). El día de hoy prepare un jugo muy delicioso y con 2 ingredientes que al combinarse son sabrosos como lo es la chayota y la parchita; es una bebida muy refrescante y queda espeso por la chayota, que es principal ingrediente para los cócteles y para que los jugos queden más espesos, le agregue azúcar al gusto (opcional). - 2 large passion fruits, 1 chayote, 1 liter of water, 1/2 cup of sugar to taste (optional).
- 2 parchitas grandes, 1 chayota, 1 litro de agua, 1/2 taza de azúcar al gusto (opcional).

- Wash and cut the chayote into small pieces.
- Lavar y cortar la chayota en trozos pequeños.
- En una olla con agua añadimos los trozos de chayota.
- In a pot with water we add the chayote pieces.

- Agregamos la azúcar.
- Cook until it boils, turn off and let it rest.
- Cocinamos hasta que hierva, apagamos y dejamos reposar.
- We add 1/2 liter of water to the blender.
- Añadimos 1/2 litro de agua a la licuadora.
- We add the chayote pieces.
- Agregamos los trozos de chayota.
- We blend and reserve.
- Licuamos y reservamos.
- Cut the passion fruit in half.
- Cortamos las parchitas a la mitad.
- We remove the pulp.
- Le sacamos la pulpa.
- We add the passion fruit pulp to the blender with the other 1/2 liter of water.
- Añadimos la pulpa de las parchitas a la licuadora con el otro 1/2 litro de agua.
- We blend with the built-in strainer, if you don't have a blender strainer, blend normally to remove the remains of the seeds.
- Licuamos con el colador incorporado, sino tienen colador de licuadora, licuar normalmente para retirar los restos de las semillas.
- We add the passion fruit juice to a jug.
- Añadimos el jugo de parchita en una jarra.
- Add the chayote juice.
- Agregamos el jugo de chayota.
- We mix so that the flavors are integrated.
