It was my 435th parkrun @ 123 different locations. This one was an official time of 31 minutes and 20 seconds for the 5 kilometres. A bit slower than usual, but they all count, especially as we did another 7 kilometre hike afterwards.
That and all the yard work afterwards boosted my activity count over the 30k
